To ensure fast and courteous service to guests. 

What you will be doing

  • Supervises and coordinates activities of dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to guests
  • Schedules dining reservations and arranges special services for diners
  • Greets and escorts guests, provides menus
  • Inspects dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness
  • Collects payments from guests
  • Totals receipts at end of shift
  • Other duties as assigned


Education & Experience
  • Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred
  • Minimum of one year in Host/Hostess role
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

  • Knowledge of menu items, and the ability to describe methods of preparation
