Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Create a positive first and last impression to each and every guest. Present an outgoing personality and great attention to detail.
• Effective appointment booking to include package booking and ensure smooth flow of these appointments.
• Perform certain administrative tasks, as necessary, or requested by the Spa Manager. (i.e. Daily sales transactions, daily close-out accounting, weekly accounting reports, month-end accounting and reports, daily inventory control, and monthly inventory control)
• Ensure neatness in all reception and public areas
• Alert the manager of any irregularities or guest concerns
• Have available and distribute information about the Spa and other outlets within the hotel
• Adhere carefully to opening and closing procedures within the Spa, ensuring safety and security for the operation, guests, and staff
• Note any maintenance or housekeeping concerns requiring attention
• Position required being very versatile and assisting in other areas as needed
• Reinforce within each guest’s mind that they will receive superlative customer service upon each visit to the Spa, the guest will know they will leave looking and feeling good
• Overall service and product knowledge, ability to sell services and all products handled within the Spa

Education And Experience

• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to high school graduation and any other combination of education, and training experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• High School Diploma/GED

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• General computer and clerical skills required.  Working knowledge of Word and Excel is required
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
• Excellent time management skills
• Prior hospitality experience preferred
